A Church of
House Churches
Our church is called Spring Forth. We are a smaller church that has been meeting across homes in the Dayton area for the last four years. We began as a Bible study in 2021.
Our hope is to grow into a church of house churches centered on both the Word of God and the work of the Holy Spirit.
Our community includes people from differing ethnic and denominational backgrounds. We seek to emphasize the core doctrines of the historic church in a practical way while dismantling cultural or legalistic frameworks that obscure the gospel of grace.
House churches allow real relationships, accountability, and discipleship to flourish as believers grow into Christlikeness and carry the gospel into families and neighborhoods across Dayton.
Healing from Church Hurt
Many people today carry wounds from unhealthy church environments or spiritual abuse. At Spring Forth, our desire is to cultivate a healthy expression of Christian community rooted in humility, Scripture, and the grace of Jesus.
We believe the church should reflect the character of Christ — restoring, healing, and helping people rediscover the beauty of the gospel.

Church in Homes
Across Dayton
House churches are small gatherings in homes where believers share meals, pray together, study Scripture, and encourage one another toward maturity in Christ.
These gatherings are the primary place of belonging, discipleship, and community life at Spring Forth. In a house church, you are known by name, cared for in difficult seasons, and equipped to live as a disciple of Jesus in everyday life.

Our whole church family gathers publicly for worship, teaching, and fellowship in downtown Dayton.

Kids Ministry
Children ages 2–7 enjoy a Bible lesson, singing, and games during the sermon. Ages 8+ remain in the gathering.

Life Transformation Groups
LTGs are small, gender-specific discipleship groups focused on intentional spiritual growth alongside house church community.
Each group centers on:
- Scripture reading — regular engagement with God's Word
- Accountability — honest, grace-filled relationships
- Prayer — interceding for one another and the lost
- Spiritual growth — pursuing Christlikeness in everyday life
LTGs provide a deeper layer of discipleship alongside house church gatherings, helping believers grow in maturity and mission.
